Good online shopping experience and products (so far)

I see a lot of bad reviews on here, but my most recent shopping experience, which was 100% online, was pretty seamless, and so far I like the quality of the products I received. I bought two dress shirts and one heavy button down sweater on clearance, all for ridiculously good prices. They showed up quickly. Not sure I'd pay full price for many of their items, or purchase a suit online, but they seem to offer lots of sales and have lots of nice looking items. Even if the dress shirts don't last me too long, for the clearance prices, I won't be too upset. But so far they seem like very good quality, will update the review if they don't hold up after a few wears and washes.

Very Happy with Many Purchases

At the start of Winter 2017, I chose to refresh my wardrobe with new sweaters. I first went into one of their stores to try a few for size, and bought 2 sweaters; 1 size XL and 1 size XXL. This variation in sizing is really the only reason I didn't give a 5-star rating, as some styles fit very snugly while other styles in the same size are loose fitting; more consistent sizing across styles would be appreciated. Based on the quality and choice of my first, in-store purchase, I placed an order online for 5 more sweaters, and received them within 5 days. I was so happy with my order that I placed another order (for a further 7 sweaters) 2 weeks later, and again I received the full order within 5 days.When Spring 2018 rolled around, I needed some more lightweight sweaters, so I placed another 2 orders (for 5 and 4 sweaters respectively), and each order was received by me within a week. In summary, within the last 6 months, I have bought 23 sweaters from Jos A Bank, and I am very happy with the choice of styles and colors offered, the quality of the products, and the speed of delivery. The only issue I have experienced is that one of the decorative (non-functional) buttons came off one of the sweaters the 2nd time I washed it; other than that, I have had no problems so far. I would happily buy from Jos A Bank again, either for myself or as gifts for others.

1st Time Visit

Visited this store for the 1st time and I've never paid this much for a shirt or tie before. Prices have really escalated over the years. Purchasing shirt and tie for a wedding. Otherwise, I wouldn't be in here. No one greeted me when I walked in. After looking around for a few minutes, someone finally asked if we needed some help. The male was respectfully helpful, but not warm. The associate helping us, got better over time and warmed up some. Got what I needed and easily plucked down more than a benjamin.

Last evening I went to the Hamilton Place Mall Store in Chattanooga Tennessee. I visit this store whenever I happen to be at the mall. I nearly always find quality merchandise at reduced prices. I have one particular young man whose name is Benjamin T who takes care of my needs while I am there. I never feel rushed to make a purchase, Benjamin takes his time and gives me plenty of information regarding the item I am interested in. I have no complaints with this store. I think a lot of people think JAB is an expensive store and thus do not venture in. To those who have not been in, check it out.
