Writing reviews is not something I seldom do ever.However in this case I must say Sherris Berries needs a excellent review.Our daughter ordered for Mothers day Sherries Berries and We live in Scottsdale, Az.We found the order one day later by our front small gate(not locked)completely ruined. I called about poor delivery service and Sherries Berries to my surprise replaced the order which was just replace one week later.Thank you, customer service completed excellently.

The worst experience
The worst experience, and a product that might make someone sick. Received as a gift. Rotten berries, spoiled chocolate, cracked and warm.I upgraded to 3 stars as the company eventually responded and sent a new order. It was better than the first, but not great. I’d be glad to give 5 stars for customer service if anyone had called or responded to company outreach.

Another Great Purchase
As always the strawberries were a hit. They are my go-to gift for Mother’s Day, as well as for Valentine’s Day and birthday for my son. They arrived on the 14th as ordered. I’ve never been disappointed.

Great Service, Bad Quality
I am only giving them 3 stars because their customer service is downright amazing and when there was a delivery screw up they took full responsibility even though it turned out that it was totally my fault. They take making sure they customer gets the goods. For that I am grateful.Unfortunately (and it took some prying to get the truth) the chocolate covered berries were in her words "not good at all". To illustrate her point, she said that even her kids (who apparently eat anything remotely edible as long as it is covered in chocolate) had one bite and were done with them. I was super sad but I am glad she told me the truth- she wouldn't have said anything unless I pried it out of her. Since I was writing a review I felt it as important to know the truth.In summary, I feel badly having to give them 3 stars. From a commitment and responsibility standpoint they are exceptional and deserve 4 or 5 stars for trying their hardest to to make sure my friend got her treats even at their expense. However the actually goodies themselves were reportedly "not good at all" which translates to "they were gross and I didn't eat them" so that means 1 or 2 stars. To illustrate this point, she said that even her kids who eat literally anything remotely edible that's covered in chocolate wouldn't eat them! She was just being polite... they clearly must have been disgusting because I know my friend and she's not that picky. She's the sort of person who would "taste the love behind the gift" even if she didn't care for what she was eating, but she couldn't do it. That was all she needed to tell me.Therefore, the 3 star is an average between their great service and terrible product. I really wish they were tasty, not just because I wanted my friend to get a nice treat, but because I REALLY WANTED TO SING THEIR PRAISES after their commitment to customer satisfaction otherwise. I think this is a company that's for "it's the thought that counts" set of people. I am sure they get away with using low grade stuff is easy because really- who's going to complain about a gift? Fortunately my friend told me the truth when I pressed the issue. Otherwise I could have very easily assumed they were "fine" and sent the to another unlucky friend!

berries great, delivery awful
The strawberries that I sent my daughter were fantastic in her words. The delivery, however sucked. The last time I sent them, my daughter found them in her dumpster. THIS time, they were hiding in the weeds next to her mailbox, 1/3 of a mile away from her house and she found a bug in the box. (Not in the berries). I think, if the delivery service would delivery them properly, like UPS does, everything would be perfect. It SAYS they are delivered by UPS but it surely is not a regular UPS driver that delivers to my daughters house verrrrry often.

So so happy with my gift
My bf ordered 12 chocolate covered strawberries for me, they came on time and before the time it said. They were packaged super nicely. The box was big, isolated, and had a nice sized ice pack keeping them cold. I was skeptical about him ordering as reviews weren’t that good, glad he did. When I opened the package the strawberries were in they looked amazing, no mold, they were perfect and a nice plump size. We will definitely order again!!!! I couldn’t be more happier and excited!!!
