Broken fitbit replaced immediately

I bought a Fitbit Versa in April from Amazon, this week it stopped working out of nowhere, I was really disappointed. I got in touch with their customer service via webchat. They talked me through a few toubleshooting things to get it to turn back on again but it was totally dead. It was still under warranty so they posted me a new one straight away, arrived within a few days and works perfectly. No trouble at all! I'm really happy with the customer service, and even though the watch did break, it was perfect until then and the new one is great so far.

Fitbit is a mediocre product

Fitbit is a mediocre product. Some good stuff, some very weak points. For instance, they are supposed to be experts at tracking many details. But they can't keep track of Arizona not going on Daylight Savings Time. The time on Fitbit automatically changes with DST, thereby making it wrong by an hour in Arizona. Maybe a company that tracks details should put more time into their product and less time into their marketing.

I love the Fitbit and would recommend it to anyone I use it when I am at work or climbing the stairs if fit bit would allow me I live to do more reviews on there products and do some on YouTube

I think FitBit are so good

I think FitBit are so good. They've replaced to straps and the watch for free, it was in warranty. Just had to take a picture and you get the replacements in a couple of days.

AMAZING

Every time I have had an issue with my charge 3 the staff has been beyond helpful and extremely kind! I just got off the phone with with David!! Who just showed exceptional customer service! He was beyond kind and patient and super personable and really went above and beyond to make sure he could help solve my problem! Technology issues are never fun but it is wonderful having someone help you who shows that they care and hearing him try to help me feel better means the world! I have NEVER had an issue with Fitbit customer service and it makes me wanna stay with Fitbit products!

Excellent Device With Little Problems

Had a FitBit Inspire HR for around 6 months now, and have been satisfied with the productThe battery life is excellent. 7 days from full charge to dead is extremely convenient. Furthermore, a full charge takes around an hour, which is ideal when you need to quickly top up the battery.Big fan of the sleep monitoring system, very interesting to see how I’ve slept. Only problem is sometimes, instead of ending the ‘sleep’ when you wake up, it classes you as ‘awake’ but still part of the actual ‘sleep’. May not make a great deal of sense if you don’t own one, but it’s a small inconvenience as it renders the results of the monitoring incorrectAlso, the device can be slow syncing to the mobile app, but it’s not a big issue.Overall, very satisfied with the device

great customer service

The customer service I experienced was second to none. I had problems with my original Fitbit, owing to the strap breaking, it actually broke on the replacement too, but both times they replaced it without argument. The second time they actually upgraded me to a newer more expensive Fitbit!

I can't believe no one else has had a…

I can't believe no one else has had a good experience! I brought my Versa back in 2018 and the strap broke around 10 months later, so I got in contact over Twitter who then passed me onto the team via email. After a few back and forths, the issue was sorted very quickly and replacement sent out. My Versa's been great to have and have had no real issues with it!
